Ingredients
- 2.2 lbs purple cauliflower
- parmesan cheese (grated)
- parsley
- breadcrumbs
- nutmeg
- butter
- salt
- pepper
Preparation of Baked Purple Cauliflower
Detach the cauliflower florets and wash with cold running water.
Boil them for fifteen minutes in salted boiling water.Meanwhile, butter a baking dish and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs.
Drain the cauliflower florets and arrange them in the baking dish without overlapping.
Sprinkle the surface with a little chopped parsley, a pinch of nutmeg, pepper, and plenty of grated cheese.Finish with some small knobs of butter and bake in a hot oven, at 356°F (180°C) in static mode, for about twenty minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve your baked purple cauliflower.
