Soft Pear and Chocolate Cake

The soft pear and chocolate cake is a delicious pantry cake, easy to make and irresistible.

The sweetness of the pears goes well with the intense flavor of dark chocolate in a cake that melts in your mouth with a heavenly taste. After all, pear-based cakes are always a guarantee of success due to their moisture and measured sweetness, able to win over the palate like the classic ricotta and pear cake, or the simple soft pear cake.
