Pancakes without Milk or Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 cup water
  • vegetable oil

Preparation of Pancakes without Milk or Eggs

  • Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl.
    Add the sugar and mix with a whisk.
    In another bowl, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil to the water.

  • Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients in the bowl, pour in the water and oil mixture, and mix with the whisk until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture without lumps.
    Heat a non-stick pan lightly greased with a little oil. Pour a ladle of batter at a time, cooking over low heat for a few minutes on each side, until bubbles form on the surface of the batter, then flip it with a spatula to cook on the other side.

  • Stack the pancakes prepared in this way on top of each other.
    Serve your pancakes without milk or eggs garnished as you like with maple syrup, fresh or dried fruit, spreads, etc., according to your taste.
