Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs chicken breast (sliced thin)
- 2.8 oz speck (sliced)
- 0.5 oz walnut kernels
- 1 glass milk
- flour
- extra virgin olive oil
Preparation of Chicken Scallops with Speck and Walnuts
Flour the chicken slices, coating them on all sides.
Cut the speck into strips and coarsely chop the walnuts.Heat a few tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a large non-stick pan and brown the chicken on both sides for a few minutes per side.
Add the milk and sprinkle with the speck strips and chopped walnut kernels.Turn the chicken slices on both sides, allowing to cook for a few minutes so the cooking liquid thickens.
Serve immediately, very hot, your chicken scallops with speck and walnuts, adjusting salt if necessary (which is not provided in this recipe as the speck already provides the necessary salt, but it is possible, of course, to adjust according to your tastes and habits).
