The pumpkin and amaretti dessert is a delicious spoon dessert with autumn flavors, very easy to prepare.

Ingredients
- 4.5 oz cleaned pumpkin
- 4.5 oz amaretti
- 2.3 oz mascarpone
- 1/3 cup whipping cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- ground cinnamon
- coffee (cold)
Preparation of Pumpkin and Amaretti Dessert
Cut the pumpkin into pieces and place it in a pot.
Add the milk, sugar, and a pinch of cinnamon, cover with a lid, and bring the pot to the stove over low heat.
Let it cook for about twenty minutes, until the pumpkin is soft, then blend into a puree with an immersion blender and let it cool.Add the mascarpone, mixing thoroughly.
Whip the cream and fold it into the cream with a spatula using gentle movements from bottom to top.
When you have obtained a homogeneous cream, take some glasses or cups and create a layer of cream at the bottom of each.
Dip the amaretti in the coffee and place a layer on the cream, then add more cream, another layer of coffee-dipped amaretti, and finish with a final layer of cream.Place another amaretto on the surface of each glass or cup (not soaked in coffee, otherwise it will fall apart) and finish to taste with a pinch of ground cinnamon.
Store in the refrigerator well covered until ready to serve your pumpkin and amaretti dessert.
