- chopped parsley
- breadcrumbs
- flour

Preparation of Tuna Cutlets
Drain the tuna from its oil, break it into pieces, and place it in a bowl.
Cut the sandwich bread into small pieces and add it to the tuna with a bit of chopped parsley and two eggs.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly and then add a few tablespoons of breadcrumbs, kneading everything until you get a homogeneous and compact mixture.Divide it into four parts and form a cutlet with each part.
Place some flour on a plate, beat the other eggs with a pinch of salt in a shallow plate, and put some breadcrumbs on a third plate.
Dip the cutlets first in the flour, then in the eggs, and finally in the breadcrumbs, ensuring they are well coated at each stage on all sides.Heat some oil in a pan and cook them on each side until golden, turning them carefully.
Let them drain from the excess oil by placing them on kitchen or frying paper.
Serve your tuna cutlets immediately, hot.
