Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup cornstarch (you can replace it with potato starch)
- 2 tbsps unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 packet vanillin
Preparation of the two-tone pudding
Heat the milk.
In a saucepan, away from the heat, mix the sugar, cornstarch, and vanillin with a hand whisk.
Slowly add the hot milk, continuing to stir to avoid lumps, then bring the saucepan back to the heat, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.Turn off the heat and pour one ladle of the mixture into four disposable aluminum molds and place them in the refrigerator.
Add the unsweetened cocoa powder to the remaining mixture in the saucepan, stirring thoroughly to mix it perfectly.
Take the molds out of the fridge and distribute the cocoa cream over the white one.Place the molds back in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
When ready to serve your two-tone pudding, immerse the molds in hot water for a few minutes and unmold them onto serving plates.
