Preparation of Cold Pasta with Zucchini and Spreadable Cheese

  • Fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil for cooking the pasta.

When the water in the pot reaches a boil, add the pasta and salt and cook it for the time indicated on the package, also adding the zucchini pieces five minutes before the end of cooking.

Meanwhile, in a bowl, cream the spreadable cheese with the grated cheese and a ladle of pasta cooking water.
When the pasta is cooked, drain everything with a colander and pass it under a stream of cold running water to cool and stop the cooking.

Then add the pasta and zucchini pieces to the bowl with the cheese cream and mix thoroughly.
Let your cold pasta with zucchini and spreadable cheese rest in the refrigerator for at least half an hour before enjoying it.
