Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 5/8 cup water
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 packet instant yeast for savory preparations
  • salt

Preparation of Instant Yeast Olive Oil Focaccia

  • In a large bowl, place the flour, yeast for savory preparations, and half a teaspoon of salt and mix them.
    Make a well in the center and add the extra virgin olive oil and gradually the water, stirring with a fork until the liquids are absorbed.

  • Transfer the mixture onto a floured surface and knead until you get a homogeneous mixture.
    Grease a baking sheet and spread the prepared mixture on it.

  • Bake in a preheated oven, in static mode, at 430°F for about 20 minutes, until golden.
    Remove from the oven and serve immediately, hot, your clever instant yeast olive oil focaccia.
