Paradise Brick with Pavesini

The paradise brick with pavesini is a delicious no-bake dessert, easy and quick to make, and irresistible.

In the following recipe, it is enriched with hazelnut grains and chocolate flakes, but you can also use other dried or fresh fruits according to your taste, for a dessert that is always new and irresistible!

Ingredients

  • 48 pavesini
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 2.5 oz condensed milk (click for the super easy homemade recipe)
  • milk
  • hazelnut grains
  • dark chocolate flakes

Preparation of the paradise brick with pavesini

  • In a large bowl, whip the well-chilled cream from the fridge with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
    Add the condensed milk slowly while continuing to use the electric mixer, until you obtain a dense and glossy cream.

  • Place 12 pavesini side by side quickly soaked in milk on a tray or a plate.
    Cover them with a layer of cream.

  • Make another layer of pavesini soaked in milk, another of cream, then again pavesini, cream, etc., until ingredients are finished.
    Cover the obtained dessert with the remaining cream on all sides and decorate it as desired with hazelnut grains and chocolate flakes.
    Let your paradise brick with pavesini rest in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
