Ingredients
- 6 ripe tomatoes
- 10 leaves basil
- black olives (pitted)
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation of the Tomato and Basil Salad
Wash the tomatoes and slice them thinly.
Arrange them on a serving plate.Clean the basil leaves with a damp paper towel and tear them over the tomatoes.
Slice the olives into rings and distribute them over the tomatoes.Season with salt and pepper to taste, and finish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Serve your tomato and basil salad.
