Ingredients
- 2.2 lbs chicken wings
- Half glass white wine
- flour
- sweet paprika
- rosemary
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation of Skillet Chicken Wings
Dredge the wings in flour on all sides, then place them in a bowl and sprinkle with a bit of paprika and some rosemary.
Mix and let rest for about ten minutes.Heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a large pan and brown the wings on all sides until golden.
Deglaze with white wine, cover the pan with a lid, lower the heat, and let cook for about twenty minutes, turning the wings occasionally.
Serve your skillet chicken wings immediately, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
