Ingredients for the Pistachio and Chocolate Dessert
- 8.82 oz mascarpone
- 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1.76 oz pistachio spread
- 1.76 oz ladyfingers
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 tbsp coffee
- 1.41 oz dark chocolate
- 0.71 oz chopped pistachios
Preparation of the Pistachio and Chocolate Dessert
Coarsely chop the dark chocolate.
In a large bowl, place the mascarpone and pistachio spread and beat them with an electric mixer until you get a smooth mixture.Gradually add the cold liquid whipping cream, always mixing with the beaters, until you get a thick, smooth, and compact cream.
In a small bowl, mix the milk with the coffee.In a 5 x 7-inch baking dish, create a layer of ladyfingers soaked in the coffee-milk mixture and cover with half of the prepared pistachio cream, sprinkle with half of the chopped dark chocolate and half of the chopped pistachios.
Add the rest of the cream, level it, and cover with the remaining chopped chocolate and pistachios.
Let your no-bake pistachio and chocolate dessert rest in the refrigerator for at least half an hour before serving it.
