Ingredients
- 12 oz cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsps breadcrumbs
- 1 clove garlic
- parsley
- basil
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of Skillet Gratin Cherry Tomatoes
Wash the cherry tomatoes, dry them, and cut them in half.
Peel the garlic.
In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with some chopped parsley, some chopped basil, and a pinch of salt.Heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a pan, sauté the garlic clove until golden, then remove it.
Lower the heat and add the cherry tomatoes, cut side down.
Let them brown for a few minutes over medium heat, then turn them cut side up.Sprinkle them with the breadcrumb mixture, cover with a lid, and let cook for five minutes.
Serve your skillet gratin cherry tomatoes.
