Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream

Preparation of Chocolate Cream in a Bottle

  • Put the sifted unsweetened cocoa powder and powdered sugar in a small bowl.

    Mix thoroughly with a spoon.

  • Make a well in the center and start pouring the milk slowly, stirring constantly with the spoon to avoid lumps.

    When you have a smooth and homogeneous mixture, pour it into a bottle of at least one liter capacity with the help of a funnel.

  • Also pour the heavy cream, still liquid but well-chilled from the refrigerator, into the bottle.

    Securely close the bottle with its cap and shake it vigorously for five minutes.

    Pour your chocolate cream in a bottle into glasses or cups and serve it.

    Store the leftover cream in the refrigerator and shake it well before serving.
