How to Prepare Phyllo Dough Muffins in the Microwave
Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the sugar.
Start beating the eggs and sugar with a hand whisk, then add the cream, milk, and vanilla essence. Mix again.
Gradually add the sifted flour, continuing to stir.
Take a sheet of phyllo dough, crumple it, and place it inside a muffin cup. Do the same with the other sheets of phyllo dough.
Now pour the cream into each cup to fill the empty spaces up to the edge.
Then add a tablespoon of jam on top of each muffin.
Cook the phyllo dough muffins in the microwave for 10 minutes with the combined+grill function at reduced power.
If after 10 minutes the muffins are not yet golden and the cream hasn’t set, cover the pastries with parchment paper and continue cooking for another 2 minutes.
Once cooked, unmold the phyllo dough muffins and serve warm or at room temperature.
