Ingredients for Nutella Crumble Cake
- 2 1/2 cups Flour
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 1/4 cups Nutella
- 1 Lemon (zest grated)
Preparation of Nutella Crumble Cake
In a large bowl, place the flour, sliced butter, sugar, egg, lemon zest, and baking powder, and mix with your hands until you get a crumbly dough.
Preheat the oven to 356°F in fan mode.
Line a 9.5-inch diameter pan with baking paper and pour in two-thirds of the prepared mixture.
Compact it with your hands on the bottom and along the edges.
Pour in the Nutella, leveling it.
Cover it with the remaining mixture distributed in “crumbles” over the entire surface of the Nutella, without leaving empty spaces.
Bake for about thirty minutes, until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely in the pan, then transfer your Nutella Crumble Cake to a serving dish before serving.
