Ingredients
- 2.2 lbs zucchini
- 1.06 oz Grated Grana Padano
- 2.47 oz breadcrumbs
- 2.11 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 pinch fine salt

Preparation of Crispy Zucchini in Air Fryer
Wash and trim the zucchini, then cut them into sticks.
In a large container, pour the breadcrumbs, grated Grana Padano, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt. Mix until all powders are well combined.
Then add the olive oil and mix well, breaking any lumps that may form while mixing.
Now dip the zucchini sticks into the breading and mix them until they are well coated.
Then transfer them to the air fryer basket without using any containers or parchment paper at the bottom.
Cook at 392°F for 12 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
P.S. If you bake the zucchini, lay them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, trying not to overlap but keeping them nice and spread out.
And voilà… crispy zucchini in the air fryer are ready for the appetizer.
Useful Tips
If you don’t have an air fryer, these zucchini can also be prepared in the oven at 356°F for about 30 minutes. Flip the zucchini halfway through and check the remaining time to finish cooking.
