Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 14 oz condensed milk (1 can)
  • 3.5 oz pistachio cream

Pistachio Ice Cream Preparation

  • Pour the heavy whipping cream into a large bowl, keeping in mind that the cream will increase in volume.

    Whip it until the beaters leave marks.

  • Once the cream is whipped, add the condensed milk and pistachio cream.

  • Mix again with the beaters until all the ingredients are well combined and the consistency is thicker.

  • Once everything is mixed, transfer to a container with a lid and place in the freezer for at least 6/7 hours or better yet for 10/12 hours.

  • And voilà… your pistachio ice cream is ready to be served, perhaps sprinkled with pistachio crumbles to make it even more delicious.

Useful Tips

I used sweetened cream but you can also safely use unsweetened cream.

You can also substitute it with a plant-based whipping cream.

If you want, you can add pistachio crumbles not only when serving it but also within the mixture when you add milk and pistachio cream.
