- 2 bananas (medium)
- 2 Coscia pears (small)
- 1 1/4 cups whole milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cubes ice
Steps to make banana pear and cinnamon smoothie
To prepare the banana pear and cinnamon smoothie, first remove the peel from the bananas and cut them into slices, then place them in the mixer glass. Now clean the pears, remove the core, peel, and central seeds, then cut them into small pieces. Also, put the pears in the mixer. Then add the cold whole milk from the fridge, a tablespoon of granulated sugar or cane sugar if you prefer, and a teaspoon of ground cinnamon. I used 1 1/4 cups of milk but to be more precise, add the milk to the level of the fruit. Then, based on that, adjust if you want it more liquid, in that case, add more.
Start blending everything well, then finally add 2 ice cubes and blend again for a short time. Your smoothie is ready to be enjoyed. Really delicious!
Storage and Tips
You can store the smoothie in the refrigerator for 1 day.
You can choose not to use whole milk; you can also use semi-skimmed milk or replace the milk with water if you are lactose intolerant.
If you don’t want it too sweet, you can skip the granulated sugar or you can use cane sugar. Or instead of sugar, you can use honey.
