Steps to Make Puff Pastry Bundles with Nutella
To make puff pastry bundles with Nutella, first roll out a rectangular puff pastry sheet, using the parchment paper already provided if necessary. Use a pizza cutter to cut the puff pastry horizontally and vertically to create 9 squares. On the left side of each puff pastry square, make small cuts with the pizza cutter or a knife.
On the smooth side without cuts, place a teaspoon of Nutella or your preferred spreadable cream. Now, fold the side with cuts over the side with Nutella and press the edges well so that the pastry does not open during baking. You can press well with your fingers or use the tines of a fork. Meanwhile, preheat the static oven to 350°F. Place the bundles on parchment paper on a baking tray, take a brush, and brush them with milk. Bake them for about 15 minutes until they turn golden brown.
Once baking is complete, remove your puff pastry bundles with Nutella from the oven and let them cool. Then enjoy them!
Storage and Tips
You can store the bundles in the refrigerator in an airtight container for one day.
If you wish, you can sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
