Steps to make almond and dark chocolate brittle
To prepare the almond and chocolate brittle, first, take the blanched almonds and bake them in a preheated static oven at 356°F for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, take the dark chocolate and chop it finely with a knife, so it melts faster. Place a pot of water on the stove and a bowl to melt the chocolate. It will melt evenly in a short time. If you want it even softer and more liquid, you can add a teaspoon of seed oil.
Pour the almonds into the melted dark chocolate and mix well. Then take a small baking tray and lay a sheet of parchment paper on it. Pour the almonds onto it and level them with a wooden spoon.
Now let the almond and chocolate brittle solidify in the refrigerator for about 3 hours. After this time, you can place it on a cutting board and cut the brittle into pieces. Perfect to offer during the Christmas holidays or to give as a gift to relatives!
Storage and tips
You can store the brittle in an airtight container, preferably glass, for 3-4 days.
