Banana and Cornflakes Snack in Air Fryer – a delicious and very quick treat to prepare with only four ingredients: banana, cereal, sugar, and cocoa. Crunchy on the outside with a soft heart, it’s flour, egg, and milk-free, suitable for various diets.
No tools are needed to make it: just mash the banana with a fork, add the other ingredients and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture. With the help of a fork and a spoon, form small piles of dough directly in the air fryer basket and cook for about 15 minutes. If you don’t have an air fryer, you can safely bake them in a static oven at 350°F for 15 minutes.
A light treat, perfect for satisfying a sudden sweet craving without guilt!

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1.4 oz corn flakes
Tools
- 1 Air Fryer
Steps
The first step is to peel the banana and put it in a container. Mash it with a fork until it becomes mushy, then add the sugar and cocoa, mixing slightly. Finally, add the corn flakes and mix well with a spoon until you get a homogeneous mixture.
At this point, take a tablespoon of mixture at a time and place it in the air fryer basket, using a fork to help it drop and form small mounds. Cook at 320°F for about 15 minutes, until the snack is crunchy outside and ready to enjoy.
NOTES
For cooking, I used air fryer paper to cover the basket, but if you place them directly on the grill, they will be even crunchier. You can therefore choose the method you prefer based on the desired texture!
