Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 packet baking powder
- 6 3/4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 pinches ground cinnamon
- 5.3 oz chocolate chips (or dark chocolate pieces)

Preparation
In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients such as flour, sugar, and baking powder.
In another bowl, mix the liquid ingredients: the egg, vegetable oil, and milk.
When the wet ingredients are well blended, start gradually adding the dry ingredients, mixing with a whisk. Continue to add them in several steps until you get a smooth and homogeneous batter.
Finally, gently fold in the chocolate chips and cinnamon, mixing everything to get a well-distributed and homogeneous batter.
Place the paper muffin cups directly in the air fryer baskets and fill them about 3/4 full with the batter. Cook the muffins at 338°F for about 18 minutes. Before turning off the air fryer, check that they are well browned on the surface.
