  • 1 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 2.5 oz provolone (or pizza mozzarella)
  • oregano
  • 1 clove garlic (to taste)
  • extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  • Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into slices just under half an inch thick, and boil in salted water for 5-7 minutes.
