Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 7 oz gluten-free coconut flour
- 1 cup sugar
Tools
These cookies are mixed by hand, I recommend a glass bowl for mixing.
- 1 Bowl
Preparation
Prepare the ingredients to use: coconut flour, sugar, and egg whites. Begin to preheat the oven because the cookie preparation will take little time.
Mix coconut flour and sugar, add the egg whites without whipping them, and mix well with a fork until you get a homogeneous dough. You can also mix better with your hand.
With your hands, take small amounts of dough and create little mounds to place on the oven tray covered with baking paper.
When you have prepared all the cookies, bake them in a preheated oven at 355°F for about 15 minutes. They should be golden on the surface before removing them from the oven.
NOTES
The coconut cookies are excellent and remain fragrant for many days if stored in boxes with a lid. If you want a small variation that goes well with the exotic coconut flavor, you can dip part of the cookie in melted dark chocolate.
