Cut a slice of pandoro, divide it in two and then toast the slices for a few minutes, in the air fryer, oven, toaster, or in a non-stick pan.
I used the air fryer, I toasted the slices at 356°F (180°C) already preheated for about 5 minutes, turning the slices during cooking.
You can judge by eye for the timing, the slices are ready when they are well browned.
Place the slices of pandoro on a plate, pour the yogurt, the honey, some raisins, blueberries and coconut flakes, add whatever you like best.
Serve and enjoy them while still warm accompanied by a good coffee, tea, or milk.
