Pork Chops with Peppers and Squash

Pork Chops with Peppers and Squash

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chop
  • Half red bell pepper
  • Half red bell pepper
  • 1 cup squash
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 clove garlic
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste salt

Steps

  • To make the pork chops with peppers and squash, wash and clean the peppers, then cut them into strips.

  • Clean the squash, remove the skin, and cut the flesh into cubes.

  • In a skillet, pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a clove of garlic. Then add the vegetables and the rosemary.

  • Cook over medium heat and, if necessary, add some hot water.

  • When the vegetables are almost cooked, cut the chops into strips, or leave them whole if you prefer, and add them to the vegetables.

  • Continue cooking, stirring occasionally. Salt at the end of cooking.

  • Serve the chops hot or warm. Enjoy your meal!
