The oat and chocolate bars are made with just three ingredients and no baking.
To make this recipe, I combined rolled oats with puffed spelt and melted chocolate. I placed the mixture in a special mold for bars and let it set in the fridge.

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups rolled oats
- 1.75 cups puffed spelt (or puffed rice)
- 7 oz dark chocolate

Steps
To make the oat and chocolate bars, pour the rolled oats and puffed spelt into a bowl.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and pour it into the bowl, mixing well with a spoon to combine the ingredients.
Pour the mixture into a special silicone mold and level it well with the back of a spoon.
Alternatively, pour the mixture into a container lined with parchment paper, level it well, let it set in the fridge, and cut the bars with a knife.
Refrigerate until set and enjoy. Enjoy!
