Ingredients
- 7 oz pasta
- 3.5 oz Genoese pesto
- 0.85 cup béchamel sauce
- 3.5 oz mozzarella
- to taste salt

Steps
To make the baked pasta with pesto and béchamel, mix the pesto with the béchamel in a bowl (leaving a tablespoon aside for topping).
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water. Once cooked (preferably al dente), drain the pasta and place it in a bowl.
Mix the pesto and béchamel mixture into the pasta. Also, add diced mozzarella (leaving some aside for topping).
Pour everything into the baking dish and sprinkle the reserved mozzarella and béchamel on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F, until the mozzarella is melted and the pasta begins to brown. Serve hot and enjoy!
