The pear and Nutella tart is an ideal dessert for breakfast and snack.
Making this recipe is easy and quick: with few and simple ingredients you will get a soft, delicious tart with a creamy filling.
The base is the tried and tested recipe I always use for tarts, and this time I filled it with a layer of Nutella and pears that I cooked in a pan with sugar, lemon, cinnamon, and butter.
This tart is also perfect as a dessert after meals and for special occasions. One thing is certain: you’ll make everyone happy, young and old!

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 7 tbsps butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 pears
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
- lemon juice
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup hazelnut spread

Steps
To make the pear and Nutella tart, peel the pears, cut them into cubes, and place them in a saucepan.
Add lemon juice, butter, cinnamon, and sugar to the pears.
Bring to a boil over low heat, and cook for 10 minutes. The pears should be soft. Remove from heat and let cool.
Prepare the tart base. Knead softened butter with flour and sugar. Add the eggs and finally the baking powder.
Work by hand, or with a mixer, until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough. Spread the dough into a greased tart pan, leaving some aside for decoration.
Spread the hazelnut spread on the bottom of the tart and then add the pears, distributing them over the entire surface.
With the reserved dough, make strands and create a lattice on the tart.
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 20 minutes, until golden. Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool. Enjoy!
