The waffles with egg whites and Greek yogurt are made with few and simple ingredients.
Ideal for a healthy and tasty breakfast (or snack), you can garnish these waffles as you like: I used hazelnut cream and pecans, but you can use fruit with honey or maple syrup.

Ingredients
- 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
- 1.2 oz egg whites
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 0.4 cup flour (00 or oat)
- 1 tsp baking powder

Steps
To make the waffles with egg whites and Greek yogurt, pour the Greek yogurt into a bowl and add the egg whites.
Stir and also add the oil. Then add the sifted flour with the baking powder, mix to obtain a homogeneous and lump-free batter.
Heat the waffle maker well, lightly greased, then pour a tablespoon of batter inside. Close the machine and cook the waffles.
As soon as they are golden brown, transfer the waffles to a tray using a spatula.
Garnish the waffles to your taste! Enjoy!

Storage
Waffles without toppings can be stored in the refrigerator, in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Heat them before serving. Alternatively, you can freeze them.
