To make this recipe, it takes only a few minutes and simple steps: while the pasta was cooking, I browned the bacon in a pan, then added the grated zucchini and cherry tomatoes.

Ingredients
- 7 oz pasta
- 2 zucchini
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 2 oz bacon
- to taste onion
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
Steps
To make the pasta with zucchini, bacon, and cherry tomatoes, pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and the chopped onion into a pan, put on the stove on low heat, and let the onion soften.
Then add the bacon cut into strips or cubes, and let it brown.
Wash and trim the zucchini, then grate or cut them into strips. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
Pour the zucchini and cherry tomatoes into the pan, cook over medium heat, and salt at the end.
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted boiling water; once cooked (preferably al dente), drain it and pour it into the pan with the sauce.
Stir to mix the pasta with the sauce and then remove the pan from the heat.
Serve the pasta with grated Parmesan (or pecorino) cheese. Enjoy your meal!
