The raspberry chocolates are made in just a few minutes with only three ingredients.
To make this recipe, you’ll need raspberries, which are then covered with white chocolate and milk (or dark) chocolate.
Crunchy on the outside and juicy inside, these chocolates will captivate you with their irresistible taste: you can’t stop at just one!

Ingredients
- 20 raspberries
- 7 oz white chocolate
- 9 oz milk chocolate (or dark)
Steps
To make the raspberry chocolates, wash the raspberries and dry them thoroughly with paper towels. They must be completely dry for the chocolate to adhere.
In a bowl, melt the white chocolate using a double boiler, then dip the raspberries one at a time and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper. Put them in the freezer to set.
Melt the milk chocolate using a double boiler, then dip the already covered raspberries again.
Place them on parchment paper and return them to the freezer for another 10 minutes.
Once ready, store them in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
Before enjoying them, let them rest for 5 minutes at room temperature. Enjoy!
