The whipped feta is made without cooking and is ready in 5 minutes. I garnished it with a drizzle of oil, chopped parsley, crushed pistachios, and some chopped walnuts.
I served and enjoyed this spread with crispy flatbread triangles, which I cooked in an air fryer.

Ingredients
- 7 oz feta
- 6 oz 0% fat Greek yogurt
- lemon zest
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 1 bunch parsley
- to taste walnuts
- to taste crushed pistachios
- 1 flatbread
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- 1 sprig rosemary

Steps
To make the whipped feta, cut the feta into cubes and place it in the blender bowl.
Add the yogurt and the grated zest of half a lemon.
Start blending and pour in the extra virgin olive oil, blend until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous cream.
Transfer the whipped feta to a serving plate. Use the back of a spoon to level the surface, creating a well in the center.
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the spread, then garnish with chopped parsley, crushed pistachios, and chopped walnuts.
Cut a flatbread into wedges. Season each triangle with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and chopped rosemary. Cook in an air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes, or until golden.
Serve the whipped feta with the crispy flatbread wedges. Enjoy!
