Strawberry Mousse

Strawberry Mousse

Ingredients

  • 4 oz strawberries
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free powdered sugar
  • 10 strawberries

  • Immersion Blender
  • Spatula
  • Piping Bag

Steps

  • To make the strawberry mousse, wash and hull the strawberries, then cut them into pieces.

  • Put the strawberries in the immersion blender cup, and blend until you get a puree.

  • In a bowl, whip the cream with the powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Set aside a couple of tablespoons of cream for decoration.

  • Add the strawberries to the cream, and with the help of a spatula, mix the ingredients with an upward motion.

  • Wash and hull the strawberries (for garnish) and cut them into thin slices.

  • Take the cups or glasses, and proceed with the composition: lay the strawberry slices “upside down”, making them adhere around the rim of the glass.

  • Fill the glasses with the mousse and garnish with a dollop of whipped cream.

  • Let the cups rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Serve as needed. Enjoy!
