Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas, boiled
- 1 avocado
- 5 sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- to taste oregano
- to taste garlic powder
- to taste salt
- to taste extra virgin olive oil

Steps
To make the chickpea hummus with avocado, place the chickpeas into the bowl of the food processor.
Then add the peeled and chopped avocado. Also add the sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and chopped oregano.
Start blending by pouring a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and salt at the end. You should achieve a creamy consistency.
If the hummus is difficult to blend smoothly, you can thin it slightly with half a glass of water.
