Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas, boiled
  • 1 avocado
  • 5 sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • to taste oregano
  • to taste garlic powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil

Steps

  • To make the chickpea hummus with avocado, place the chickpeas into the bowl of the food processor.

  • Then add the peeled and chopped avocado. Also add the sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and chopped oregano.

  • Start blending by pouring a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and salt at the end. You should achieve a creamy consistency.

  • If the hummus is difficult to blend smoothly, you can thin it slightly with half a glass of water.
