Dessert with Ricotta and Amaretti

The dessert with ricotta and amaretti is a creamy and delicious spoon dessert that is very easy to make.

I made a cream using ricotta, sugar, and whipped cream. I then assembled the dessert inside cups, serving it in single portions: I created layers made of amaretti soaked in coffee, cream, and a sprinkle of chocolate flakes.

This dessert is perfect for any occasion and will impress your guests!

  • As needed coffee
  • Half shot liqueur for desserts (optional)
  • 18 amaretti

Steps

  • To make the dessert with ricotta and amaretti, first of all prepare the coffee.

  • Pour the coffee into a small bowl, add a tablespoon of sugar and half a shot of liqueur for desserts

  • In a bowl, mix the ricotta with the sugar until you get a thick cream.

  • Add the whipped cream, combine the ingredients with a spatula, moving from bottom to top, until you get a homogeneous cream.

  • Transfer the cream into a piping bag with a star nozzle.

  • Take the cups and “dirty” them with a bit of cream. Then form a layer of amaretti soaked in coffee, a layer of cream, and a sprinkle of chocolate flakes.

  • Continue this way until the cream is finished and garnish the desserts with chocolate flakes.
