- Difficulty: Very easy
- Preparation time: 5 Minutes

- Cooking methods: Stovetop
- Cuisine: Italian
Ingredients
- 1 pack of precooked polenta
- gorgonzola
- rolled bacon
- nuts
Tools
- Cookie cutter star-shaped
- Pan
Steps
Remove the precooked polenta from the packaging and slice into 1/2-inch thick slices. Cut each slice with star-shaped cookie cutters. I recommend these from Tescoma, they are truly unique!
Heat the non-stick pan and place the stars on it; once they are toasted, turn them over and add some gorgonzola on each star on the already cooked side. Cover with the lid and cook until the cheese is completely melted.
Place the stars on the serving dish and decorate each star with some rolled bacon and chopped toasted nuts. Serve and happy holidays!
