- 1 Microwave dish Microwave dish
- 1 Microwave oven microwave
- 1 Parchment paper parchment paper for microwave
Procedure for Light Brownies
In a bowl, beat the eggs with sugar (or erythritol), then add the melted dark chocolate (melted in the microwave or double boiler).
Keep beating while adding the vegetable oil gradually and a pinch of salt. Slowly add the sifted flour mixed with the baking powder and mix with the beaters until a smooth and thick batter is achieved.
Coarsely chop the hazelnuts, add them to the batter, and mix with a spatula. Pour into a microwave-safe dish lined with parchment paper or greased and floured.
Cook in the microwave at 650w for 10 minutes. Or in a traditional oven at 350°F for 25 minutes.
Always perform the toothpick test. The brownies will remain a bit moist.
Storage, Decoration, and Tips
You can decorate the light brownies with colorful sprinkles, sugar grains, or themed decorations (I made them for Halloween).
The brownies will keep well stored airtight in the fridge for several days. You can also freeze them.
