The tuna steak with blackberry sauce is a delicious second course, cooked in a hot air fryer. This recipe is easy and quick to make: I marinated the tuna and made a blackberry sauce with balsamic vinegar. For the best result of this recipe, I recommend using fresh tuna steaks and fresh blackberries, even better if they are wild and locally sourced. Once you try this dish, you won’t be able to resist it!
