Puff Pastry and Chocolate Fans

Puff pastry and chocolate fans are treats that are easy to make with only four ingredients.

The puff pastry fans, also called Prussians, are made with a roll of puff pastry sprinkled with sugar; I personally added some cinnamon, which you can omit if you don’t like it.

The peculiarity of these treats is their shape, reminiscent of a fan. Once baked in the oven, you can garnish half of each fan with melted dark chocolate.

With a few simple ingredients, you can serve your guests crunchy and delightful treats.
