Ingredients
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 3/4 cup coconut milk (or other type of milk or plant-based beverage)
- 3 tablespoons coconut butter
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1/3 cup white chocolate
- 3 tablespoons coconut butter
- 1 teaspoon coconut milk
- 6 almonds
- to taste shredded coconut
Steps
To make the coconut porridge, in a bowl, mix together the oats, Greek yogurt, coconut butter, sugar, coconut milk, dried coconut, and chopped almonds.
Mix with a spatula to get a homogeneous mixture and transfer it to two bowls.
In a bowl, mix the melted white chocolate, coconut butter, and coconut milk.
Pour the cream over the porridge and spread it so it covers the entire surface of the porridge.
Sprinkle some shredded coconut and add some chopped almonds.
Let it rest in the fridge. Enjoy!
