Crostini with Ricotta and Blackberry Sauce

Crostini with ricotta and blackberry sauce are delicious appetizers made with toasted bread slices topped with ricotta and blackberry sauce with balsamic vinegar. Making this recipe is easy and quick! I recommend making plenty of blackberry sauce because it pairs perfectly with other types of cheese, but it’s also ideal for seasoning fish or meat. For the best results, I recommend using fresh blackberries, especially wild ones picked locally.
