The mozzarella and salmon rolls are a no-cook appetizer that is very quick to prepare and tasty; at my house, it is always very much appreciated during summer aperitifs with friends.

Ingredients
- 1 mozzarella sheet
- 7 oz smoked salmon
- arugula

- Plastic wrap
Steps
Carefully unroll the mozzarella sheet on the surface where you have placed some plastic wrap
Place the slices of smoked salmon
And immediately after the arugula
Roll up the mozzarella sheet
Seal the roll with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least two hours
After the period, remove the sheet from the plastic wrap and cut rolls with a thickness of about half an inch. Place the salmon rolls on the serving plate and bring them to the table. Enjoy your meal
