MOZZARELLA AND SALMON ROLLS

The mozzarella and salmon rolls are a no-cook appetizer that is very quick to prepare and tasty; at my house, it is always very much appreciated during summer aperitifs with friends.

Ingredients

  • 1 mozzarella sheet
  • 7 oz smoked salmon
  • arugula

Tools

  • Plastic wrap

Steps

  • Carefully unroll the mozzarella sheet on the surface where you have placed some plastic wrap

  • Place the slices of smoked salmon

  • And immediately after the arugula

  • Roll up the mozzarella sheet

  • Seal the roll with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least two hours

  • After the period, remove the sheet from the plastic wrap and cut rolls with a thickness of about half an inch. Place the salmon rolls on the serving plate and bring them to the table. Enjoy your meal
