  • Difficulty: Easy
  • Cost: Economical
  • Preparation time: 10 Minutes
  • Portions: 4 People
  • Cooking methods: Stove, Oven

Ingredients

  • 1 roll puff pastry
  • 7 oz potatoes (peeled)
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 sausage
  • 3.5 oz mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp parmesan
  • to taste basil
  • to taste onion

Steps

  • To make the savory pie with zucchini, potatoes, and sausage, peel and clean the potatoes, then boil them in a pot with plenty of salted water.

  • In a pan, pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and some chopped onion. Slightly soften the onion, then add the zucchini cut into cubes and a few basil leaves.

  • When the zucchini are cooked, place them in a bowl along with the boiled potatoes cut into cubes and the crumbled raw sausage.

  • Add the parmesan and the grated mozzarella, and mix to combine the ingredients.

  • Take a round baking pan and place the puff pastry in it, keeping the provided parchment paper.

  • Pour the potato and zucchini mixture onto the puff pastry base, folding the edges of the puff pastry inward.

  • Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

  • Serve the savory pie warm and enjoy!
