Variations and Advice
My baking dish is about 9×6 inches, but I recommend using a slightly larger one because some liquid spilled during cooking, making a mess in the oven. Nothing serious, but it’s better if it doesn’t happen.
You can replace the mozzarella with an equal amount of scamorza cheese.
