The bresaola bundles filled with ricotta are a very easy cold appetizer to prepare, yet very tasty.

Ingredients

  • 4.2 oz bresaola
  • 2.8 oz ricotta
  • chives
  • salt
  • pepper
  • lemon zest
  • extra virgin olive oil

Steps

  • Place the sifted ricotta in the bowl with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, and a grate of lemon zest. Mix carefully

  • Place two or three slices of bresaola on the cutting board, overlapping

  • Place a bit of the ricotta mixture in the center, close like a purse with a strand of chives, and refrigerate for an hour before serving. Enjoy your meal!
