The oat and dried fruit snack bars are a healthy and tasty idea for the whole family’s snack. I made these bars inspired by the muesli recipe, creating a mixture with oat flakes, honey, peanut butter, and dried fruit. You can bake the bars either in the oven or in the hot air fryer; you’ll find the instructions in the procedure.

- 1.4 oz water
- 1/2 cup dried fruit
Tools
- Baking Pan
- Air Fryer
Steps
To make the oat and dried fruit snack bars, pour the oat flakes into a bowl, then add the honey and peanut butter.
Mix with a spoon, then add the dried fruit and water. Stir until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the mixture into a baking pan (8×8 inches) lined with parchment paper and flatten with the back of a spoon.
Cook in the hot air fryer at 320°F for 10-15 minutes. Or in the oven preheated at 300°F for about 20/25 minutes, until golden.
The bars will be ready when they are well caramelized and golden on the surface. Remove from the oven, let cool before cutting the bars. Enjoy!
