Ingredients
- 18 oz potato gnocchi
- 9 oz shrimp
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (or tomato pulp)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bunch parsley
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
Steps
To make the gnocchi with shrimp, wash the shrimp under running water. Then remove the internal intestine: slit the back of the shrimp with a knife and remove it gently, trying not to break it.
In a pan, pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, chopped garlic, and chopped parsley, if desired, add some chopped fresh chili. Heat over low flame.
Then add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes.
Finally, add the shrimp and continue cooking, if necessary add a bit of water.
Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water, and once cooked, pour them into the pan with the shrimp. Stir to combine the ingredients. Serve and enjoy your meal!
